Should your SoundTube Entertainment product require service, please complete and submit this form, or e-mail us directly at returns@soundtube.com, and a customer service representative will get in touch with you. Products cannot be returned without prior authorization, and cannot not be accepted unless authorized. When requesting parts, please remember to specify color to ensure you receive the correct part.

Please note that for quality assurance, SoundTube does not ship replacement parts for dARTS, SolidDrive, or Induction Dynamics products –these products should only be repaired in-house.
